The Waterview Resort is in walking distance to a range entertainment options including restaurants and bars, cafes, cinema complex and the extensive Bulcock Street shopping strip. It’s also just a short drive to The Events Centre, which hosts numerous local, national and international acts.

Right in the hub of it all

Bulcock Beach and Happy Valley are popular with families and picnic-ers as they boast friendly parks, beautiful sunsets, warm paddling pools, a great boardwalk that spans most of the coastline and views out to the Glasshouse Mountains. Every Sunday you can enjoy the Caloundra street markets just a couple of minutes walk on Bulcock Street.

The Beach is patrolled from September to May

During the school holidays the Bulcock esplanade comes alive Friday nights with the Twilight Markets. If you come to stay with us during the holiday periods we recommend you visit the markets to enjoy live music, delicious food, unique arts as well as extended trading hours for the restaurants and shops along the Esplanade.

Each with their own beautiful outlook and space to relax. You can throw in a line at any number of fishing spots throughout Caloundra on the beachfront, or get that adrenalin rush with many of the water sports that are on offer. Many barbeques are located nearby for a great family day out near the beachside.
